Job Summary
Dishwashing and general utility duties in a casino’s kitchen: perform dishwashing, pot washing, floor and equipment cleaning, garbage removal, and sanitation; assist with receiving and replenishing dishes and silverware; transport food from kitchen to buffet; follow lead steward directions; maintain uniform and hygiene standards; handle chemicals per MSDS and communicate effectively with team; adhere to company and departmental rules and internal controls; provide excellent guest service to both guests and internal clients.
Required Qualifications
- Six months of related experience
- Must be able to obtain Riverside County Health Department card within one week of employment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
