DISHWASHER (FULL & PART TIME)

Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition. Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes, washes by hand or uses a dishwashing machine, polishes silver, and ensures cleanliness and sanitation. Follows safety procedures, maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels, keeps the dish area orderly, sweeps/mops floors, removes trash, and performs other duties as assigned in a campus dining environment.
