Job Summary
Cleans kitchen areas, performs ware washing, pot washing, and deep cleaning of equipment and back-of-housework zones. Maintains the food storeroom by receiving, storing, issuing, and rotating stock items while delivering F&B carts as needed. Executes special projects under the direction of kitchen leadership, completes set-up work for events, and performs general heavy labor. Complies with all sanitation policies and maintains safe, sanitary conditions while adhering to department dress codes and personal hygiene standards. Works the PM shift (1:00pm-9:30pm) with weekend availability, earning a wage between $20.94 and $25.24 plus a $2/hour differential.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read and communicate in English
- Ability to work productively in a team environment
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
- Ability to set up and operate dish washing equipment
- Able to perform strenuous physical labor, lifting, etc
- Must be available to work on the weekends and holidays
- Must maintain acceptable standards of personal hygiene
- Must comply with department dress code
