Dishwasher (FT and PT)

Dishwasher responsibilities include cleaning and organizing dishware, silverware, glassware, and kitchen wares; operating a ware washer and three-compartment sink per company specifications; assisting the kitchen with inventory stocking and basic food preparation (e.g., cleaning and peeling vegetables); restocking dishes and utensils; breaking down and sanitizing the dish machine at shift end; maintaining a clean, safe work environment; and assisting cooks with labeling and storing unused food. Must be able to follow proper detergent/sanitizer measurements, read labels, work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate dependable attendance. The role requires standing/walking, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, and evening/weekend shifts. ServSafe certification is preferred. Crystal Mountain is an equal opportunity employer.
