Job Summary
Dishwasher / Production Sanitation Specialist in bakery production. Cleans and sanitizes dishes, utensils, and production gear using a 3-compartment sink; organizes clean items for production team; assists with maintaining bakery floor cleanliness and general safety. Requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and willingness to train; must be able to stand/walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment with attention to food safety and sanitation rules.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous bakery, commercial kitchen, or production facility experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and teamwork
