Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •16 years of age or older
• •Basic verbal, writing and communication skills to comprehend, give and/or receive instructions
• •Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
• •Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
• •Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
• •Ability to set up and run the dishwashing operation, keeping the dishwasher clean and free of debris
• •Ability to maintain all necessary temperature, sanitation equipment, and cleaning logs
• •Ability to ensure hand sink is clean and stocked, e.g. replace paper towel, hand-soap
• •Ability to operate all equipment
• •Ability to stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
• •Ability to prepare product
• •Ability to take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• •Ability to clean equipment and facility approximately daily; ensure kitchen area and equipment are clean and sanitized, including removal of garbage when necessary
• •Ability to assist with Dining Room service when needed, e.g., readying customer's order

• •Ability to carry trays of pizza dough three at a time over short distances
• •Ability to push and pull trays which are placed on dollies
• •Ability to navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance
• •Ability to forward bend at the waist at the pizza assembly station
• •Ability to reach above 72" occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves
• •Ability to reach down to perform such tasks as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel, or washing dishes
• •Ability to reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones
• •Ability to use hands continuously during the day
• •Ability to shape pizza dough requiring frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists
• •Ability to manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the rolling cutter
• •Ability to frequently and/or forcefully pinch in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes
• •Ability to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes
• •Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
• •Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
• •Ability to use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel
