Job Summary
The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, utensils, and kitchen areas. Key responsibilities include sorting, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes, washing pots and pans by hand, cleaning the dishwashing area, changing dishwater, sweeping and mopping, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role requires physical stamina, the ability to follow safety protocols, and effective communication skills. A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of dishwashing experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year dishwasher experience

- Proper practice of sanitation and general hygiene
- Ability to read and/or follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Physical ability to lift, reach, bend and stoop
