Job Summary
Dishwasher role in a senior living setting. Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen, washing and storing dishes and equipment, keeping the dish room tidy, and assisting with food service operations. Duties include monitoring dish machine chemicals and temperatures, recording sanitation logs, adhering to cleaning schedules, assisting with transportation and storage of food and supplies, supporting cooks and wait staff, and helping with special events and banquets. Requires collaboration with culinary leadership, adaptability, and a customer-service mindset to help residents transition from home to the community. Requires ability to handle multiple tasks and take direction from superiors, with flexibility to work varied schedules.
Required Qualifications
