Job Summary
Wash all dishes, pots, and pans while maintaining cleanliness of the building, equipment, and serve ware. Properly operate dish machines, ensure they remain in working order, and place clean cookware in designated areas for staff retrieval. Take out garbage and recycling, and adapt to changing restaurant needs by performing other service duties as assigned. Complete orientation and team member training prior to shifts, maintain required food safety certifications, and adhere to all company policies. Flexible schedule with weekend, holiday, and evening availability required; previous high-volume restaurant experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must attend and successfully complete orientation, and Team Member training program prior to working a shift.
- Must agree and abide all company policies and procedures as outlined.
- Must be able to work at a rapid pace.
- Must complete and maintain required training in compliance with local and state regulations, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in high volume restaurant preferred but not necessary.
