Buss tables, wash dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, and reset dining areas to ensure clean dish availability. Clean kitchen machines and appliances including mixers. Sweep and mop floors, particularly when items break or spill. Remove trash and rinse garbage cans. Assist other restaurant staff members with additional tasks as needed.
