Dishwasher

Wash and store all dishes and utensils in a prompt and organized manner. Assist the cook, bus person, and servers when needed, while maintaining sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area. Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments. Assist with quality, cleanliness, and organization of the restaurant and kitchen, including inventory and receiving of all food and beverage items. This role requires standing and moving around for an entire shift, lifting at least 25 pounds, and obtaining a Food Handler's Permit.
