Dishwasher

Maintain the dish room and dish machine in a sanitary and efficient manner, ensuring a consistent supply of clean dishes, glassware, trays, utensils, pots, pans, and small wares for front and back of house. Set up, maintain, and break down the dish machine while checking water temperature, sanitation levels, and correct operation throughout the shift. Wash and store all items in proper places, visually inspecting everything to ensure it is clean like new. Report defects immediately to the Manager on Duty and ensure sanitation solutions meet health code standards. Remove trash from the dish room, clean garbage cans, and maintain organization of utensil racks, mop areas, and chemical storage. Complete side work and extra projects as assigned.
