Job Summary
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand, and place clean items in storage areas. Maintain a clean, safe working environment while demonstrating strong knowledge of restaurant best practices and procedures. Assist guests and team members through effective communication, ensuring an exceptional dining experience that encourages repeat visits. Requires valid California Food Handler Certification, at least one year of experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant, and a high school diploma or GED.
