Job Summary
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand, then place clean items in storage areas. Maintain a clean, safe working environment while applying strong knowledge of restaurant best practices and procedures. Assist in promoting a strong team effort and communicate effectively with guests and fellow employees. Possess passion for food and beverage offerings, a high school diploma or GED, valid California Food Handler Certification, and at least one year of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced full-service restaurant.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California Food Handler Certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in a high volume, fast-paced full service restaurant
- Must possess passion and knowledge for food and beverage offerings
- Promote and participate in a STRONG TEAM EFFORT
- Communicate effectively and positively with guests and fellow employees
