Job Summary
Conduct dish washing, light food preparation, and cleaning while safely operating all equipment and using chemicals properly. Sort and sanitize all dishware, flatware, glassware, kitchen pots, pans, and utensils to ensure none are lost or disposed of. Adhere to company safety and sanitation policies, carefully handling glassware to eliminate breakage. Empty trash, maintain trash cans, and assist kitchen staff with pressure point relief as needed. Must be able to lift at least 30lbs and work on feet for five plus hours daily. Work days, nights, and weekends as required while demonstrating the core four qualities of personality, attitude, care, and direction.
