Dishwasher

Check detergent, rinse agent, and water temperatures throughout the shift while running items through the dish machine. Correctly stack and store dishes, glasses, and flatware to prevent contamination. Maintain dish room cleanliness with dry floors, keeping guest and employee restrooms clean and stocked. Clean outside areas including litter removal, walkway clearing, snow removal, and general maintenance. Perform other tasks as directed by a supervisor. This role requires standing or walking 100% of the time, frequently lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in temperatures exceeding 90 degrees or below 30 degrees.
