Dishwasher

Check detergent, rinse agent, and water temperatures at the start and throughout the shift. Run items through the dish machine following proper procedures. Correctly stack and store dishes, glasses, and flatware to prevent contamination. Maintain dish room cleanliness and ensure floors remain dry. Keep guest and employee restrooms clean and stocked. Clean outside areas by removing litter, clearing walkways, and handling snow and general maintenance. Perform other tasks as directed by a supervisor. This role requires standing or walking 100% of the time and lifting up to 50 lbs, with temperatures ranging from 30 to 90 degrees.
