Job Summary
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and other items, while sweeping, mopping floors, and wiping down work stations. Empty trash, wipe down tables, and ensure the kitchen remains in pristine condition. Develop positive relations with guests and employees, alerting the supervisor of any concerns regarding food and beverage quality. Report unsafe practices or conditions to the Safety Committee as directed. Wear and maintain all uniforms properly, including a nametag and gaming license if possessed. Work as scheduled, on time, and ready to perform special projects as needed.
