Adhere to safety standards to maintain a hazard-free environment and follow rigorous sanitation practices to guarantee all items are sanitized and safe for use. Sort and stack dishes and utensils for easy accessibility, keeping the dishwashing area neat, clean, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Work closely with the bistro team to provide them with the tools they require, and assist with other tasks as necessary to ensure the success of our company. This role supports the high standard of cleanliness behind every delectable meal at Huckleberry's Natural Market, fostering a local community of food enthusiasts.
