Dishwasher

Scrape and pre-rinse food from dirty dishes and place them in the dishwashing machine. Wash pots, pans, trays, work area tables, walls, refrigerator equipment, cooling equipment, and floors by hand or machine. Clean garbage cans and trash receptacles, then remove trash to the dumpster area. Assemble, maintain, and break down the dish machine. This role is part of a fast-paced environment at Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, which serves high-quality barbecue across six New York locations. Competitive pay ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour.
