Job Summary
Wash, rinse, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment while keeping the dish area clean and operating efficiently. Sweep and mop kitchen, dining room, and service areas; clean and sanitize tables, chairs, booths, beverage stations, and guest touch points. Restock dining room supplies, beverages, condiments, napkins, and utensils; maintain clean and fully stocked restrooms; empty trash and recycling containers. Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries when needed and support kitchen and front-of-house team members during busy periods. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards. Work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
