Dishwasher / Dietary Aide

Operate dishwashers, transport tray carts to floors, and perform hand or machine cleaning of dishes, glassware, and utensils. Assist in meal service by serving food according to portion control procedures, setting up dining areas, and maintaining clean workspaces. Coordinate with the Director of Food Services to complete administrative forms and reports while ensuring all dietary policies and infection control protocols are followed. Participate in staff meetings, in-service training programs, and departmental studies as scheduled. Report hazardous conditions, equipment issues, or occupational exposures immediately to management. Maintain inventory of incoming supplies and adhere to fire safety and emergency procedures.
