Dishwasher / Dietary Aide

Operate dishwashers, transport tray carts to floors, and return trays in a timely fashion. Perform dishwashing and cleaning procedures to ensure utensils are ready for meals, while assisting in serving food and setting up dining areas. Follow established dietary policies, portion control procedures, and infection control protocols during meal service and daily cleaning duties. Maintain clean work areas, food storage, and equipment, reporting hazardous conditions or missing MSDS labels immediately. Complete administrative forms, attend staff meetings and in-service training programs, and coordinate with other departments as directed.
