Job Summary

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment by sanitizing pots, pans, utensils, and equipment in a timely manner. Support stocking and inventories by shelving delivered food, organizing items, and monitoring towel and soap dispensers throughout the shift. Clean and return all kitchen equipment and serving ware, set up and maintain a 3-compartment sink and dish machine, and vacuum, sweep, mop, and spot clean floors and high-traffic areas. Monitor and empty trash cans while adhering to health and safety policies. Assist team members and management to help the department operate efficiently. Part-time position available with Day/Evening/Night shifts; background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Communicate effectively in English
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Practice good personal hygiene
  • Be neatly groomed
  • Be in uniform
  • Capable of prolonged standing and walking continuously
  • Capable of pushing dish racks
  • Capable of frequent stooping, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds
  • Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must pass a drug screen
  • Must provide proof of employment eligibility in the U.S.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved exemption in place

Desired Qualifications

  • Culinary experience (cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, hotel operations, healthcare, dishwasher, housekeeping, janitor, custodian)
