Job Summary
Maintain the flow of all restaurant washables and ensure items are cleaned properly for food preparation and guest service. Keep all station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces clean and sanitized at all times. Demonstrate skill and coordination with kitchen utensils and equipment while cleaning, bussing, putting stock up, and working in support of others. Ability to understand direction and work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is required. Standing for up to 8 hours at a time is part of the schedule.
