Job Summary
Clean dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, and utensils using dishwashers or by hand. Wash china, glass, and silverware while maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition. Sweep and mop all floors, store equipment in proper locations, and transport food and equipment throughout the venue. Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, and complete required safety training. Ability to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.

- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
