Job Summary
Dishwashers work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment. Responsibilities include cleaning dishes, silverware, glassware, utensils, pots and pans; completing interior and exterior detailed cleaning assignments; emptying and replacing full trash and linen receptacles; ensuring a spotless, clean and safe environment and equipment for guests and team members; keeping the dish machine clean; loading, running and unloading the dish machine; maintaining restrooms and grounds; and stocking/restocking smallwares.
