Job Summary
Dishwasher role focused on maintaining sanitation of the dish room, operating the dish machine, washing and sorting all dishware, glassware, and silverware, and keeping the dock area clean. Responsibilities include breaking down the dish machine, cleaning break-down tables, emptying trash, cleaning tile walls/baseboards, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires English communication, a team-oriented attitude, professional appearance, ability to lift at least 50 lbs, and endurance for standing/walking; emphasizes guest relations and hotel standards, punctuality and adaptability to changes, and safety/security compliance.
