Job Summary
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all dish room, kitchen aisle, and dock areas. Break down trays, set up dish machines, wash dishware, and sort clean China, glass, and silver using proper procedures. Empty trashcans, clean inside and outside, thoroughly clean dock areas and dumpsters, break down and clean dish machines, and clean breakdown tables. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned. Requires ability to stand, walk, and lift at least 50lbs throughout the entire shift, including navigating ramps and stairs. Flexible scheduling includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
