Job Summary
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all kitchen and dock areas, including breaking down trays, washing dishware, and sorting clean china, glass, and silver using proper procedures. Empty trashcans, clean inside and outside, thoroughly clean the dock area and dumpster, and break down dish machines. Clean all breakdown tables, tile walls, and baseboards. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned. This role supports banquet and culinary operations at the AAA 4 Diamond Marriott Owings Mills Metro Centre, ensuring equipment and supplies are ready to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a team-oriented environment.
