Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including dish washing machines and hand wash stations, to wash, disinfect, and sanitize kitchen tools, knives, and equipment. Inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items while sending soiled items back for re-scrubbing. Rack and spray items with hot water to remove food residue, sort silverware, and break down dirty bus tubs. Empty trashcans, maintain dumpster areas, and clean and mop all assigned departments. Dispose of glass properly and recycle cardboard boxes. Follow safety policies, report maintenance needs, and complete required training. Move objects weighing up to 50 pounds and perform duties as requested by supervisors.
