Job Summary
Operate the industrial dishwasher, wash glassware and implements by hand, and empty and clean all trash receptacles. Perform daily cleaning duties, follow sanitation policies at all times, and clean up spills or broken glassware immediately. Provide assistance to the prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak times. Execute opening, closing, and side work while maintaining a friendly, warm attitude in a fast-paced environment.
