Job Summary
Operate dishwashing stations to maintain sanitation standards and support kitchen flow during peak service hours. Assist with dish recovery, sorting, and loading of commercial dishwashers while adhering to health and safety protocols. Perform general cleaning duties in the dishroom and back-of-house areas as needed. Join the team for on-the-spot interviews Monday through Friday between 2 pm and 4 pm.
