Support cooks with meal preparation and presentation to maintain fine dining standards for food quality. Promote workplace health and safety by ensuring compliance with legislation and assisting staff in recognizing and preventing unsafe acts. Prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency and demonstrate strong service orientation within formal dining environments. Requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts and some experience in dining settings.
