Job Summary
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment while maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the dish area and kitchen. Operate dishwashing equipment according to safety and sanitation standards, assist with trash removal, and clean kitchen floors and work areas. Restock clean dishes, cookware, and supplies throughout the kitchen and service areas, and maintain cleanliness of dumpsters, trash areas, and storage spaces. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines and assist with closing cleaning duties at the end of each shift.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move heavy items as needed
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
