Ensure the cleanliness of all dishware by carefully washing items by hand and skillfully operating equipment to clean service ware, cookware, and utensils, including polishing stainless and silver ware. Maintain kitchen safety by promptly clearing spills and keeping equipment, vents, floors, walls, and cook surfaces thoroughly clean. Empty, wash, and return trash bins over ¾ full while keeping the wash area organized. Pitch in to help with special and deep cleaning projects.
