Job Summary
Set up and break down the dish machine, including arms, screens, and baskets. Clean and polish the interior thoroughly, removing paper and hosing down surfaces. Check water temperature during operation to ensure proper sanitation and report any machine defects immediately. Wash and store all dishes, trays, utensils, cups, and small equipment in the proper place. Maintain the dish room in a sanitary and efficient manner. Perform other related responsibilities as needed. This role supports Rich Entertainment Group's dining and hospitality operations, including restaurants in Islamorada and the Buffalo Bisons baseball team.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED

- Experience in the food service industry or as a dishwasher preferred
