Job Summary
Cleans and maintains the dish station while ensuring all dishware and cooking equipment are properly sanitized and put away during each shift. Keeps the work area free of garbage and assists in cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen walk-in coolers and storage areas. Restocks items as needed throughout the shift and follows all posted checklists. Performs additional responsibilities as requested by Management or Pit Cook. Must be able to lift 40-80 lbs at a time. Reports to the front of house manager.
