Job Summary
Operate dishwashing machines to wash pots, pans, and kitchen utensils while adhering to hotel specifications and state sanitation regulations. Maintain equipment and respective areas using correct cleaning chemicals in compliance with OSHA standards. Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, requiring physical stamina for long hours standing and performing repetitive motions. Prior experience with dishwashing and knowledge of proper chemical handling are preferred.
