Job Summary
Maintain general cleanliness of the main kitchen dish area and Food and Beverage prep zones. Wash, store, and sanitize all cooking utensils, china, equipment, flatware, and glassware. Clean receiving, trash, and other kitchen-related areas. Assist in food preparation, store delivered goods, and clean coolers, freezers, and storerooms. Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation practices. This role requires a positive attitude for a fast-paced environment and may involve working evenings, holidays, and weekends consistently. Prior dishwashing experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of and follows food safety and sanitation practices
- Team members are required to work evenings, holidays and weekends on a consistent basis
- If the position requires a team member to drive machinery or a golf cart, a valid driver's license must be presented
- You must be at least 16 years of age to work at Carmel Country Club
- Have a youth certificate filed
Desired Qualifications
- Prior dishwashing experience is preferred
