Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen by washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper procedures. Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, and sanitizing work surfaces and equipment. Assist with food prep, banquet setup, and transporting supplies between storage, kitchen, and delivery areas as needed. Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices while fostering a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members. Schedule runs Friday to Monday from 1:00pm to 9:00pm.
