Job Summary
Wash all wares in dishwashing machines or by hand, polish silverware and platters, and empty garbage cans while re-lining them. Sweep and mop kitchen floors, clean stainless steel surfaces including ice machines and walk-ins, and store dishes in proper areas. Maintain inventories of soap and chemicals, transfer supplies between storage and work areas, and assist in weekly kitchen cleaning. Perform other tasks such as assisting in food preparation, storing foods after delivery, and cleaning coolers and freezers. Work in hot or cold indoor conditions and near moving mechanical parts and chemicals.
