Job Summary
Ensure both BOH and FOH areas are clean, safe, and fully supplied throughout your shift. Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes, place items in racks or on conveyor belts, and polish silver kitchen machinery to maintain ongoing sanitation. Assist with food preparation duties as needed while sweeping and mopping kitchen floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards. Maintain temperatures and chemical levels according to provided standards and adhere to all food and safety regulations. Weekend availability is required for this Level 10 part-time role at $17 per hour.
