Dishwasher

Dishwasher needed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen. Responsibilities include operating dishwashing machines and hand-washing pots, pans, and utensils; cleaning and sanitizing dishes and equipment per health standards; organizing clean dishes for staff; maintaining dishwashing equipment and communicating supply needs; disposing of trash/recycling; assisting with food prep when not washing dishes; and adhering to safety procedures. Requires physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift at least 40 lb; ability to work collaboratively in a team; availability to fill in as needed; prior kitchen experience preferred but not required.
