Job Summary
Maintain kitchen and dining areas in a clean and sanitary condition; wash and store all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other equipment used to operate the kitchen and dining room areas. Clean floors, equipment and other areas as assigned; assist cooks and wait staff; adhere to standard food safety practices; assist with transportation and storage of food and supplies; assist with special events, banquets, and theme meals.
Required Qualifications
- Must be trained and experienced in Food Service Sanitation as it relates to the proper cleaning and sanitation of kitchen appliances and dishware.
