Job Summary
Reporting to the Head Chef, the Dishwasher at Bridgette Bar Toronto is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary stock of dishes, utensils, glasses, pots/pans, and cooking equipment; loading and unloading dishware; operating and maintaining dishwashing equipment safely; coordinating with kitchen and other departments; and assisting kitchen staff with food prep as directed. The role emphasizes high hygiene standards, professional conduct, and contributing to department objectives, with full- or part-time availability, and a wage of 17.60 CAD per hour plus gratuities. The position requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; WHMIS and Food Safe certifications are assets. Required Qualifications
