Job Summary
Operate dishwashers efficiently, wash and polish glassware and flatware, and clean and sanitize mats, carts, and racks. Maintain dish area cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, organizing, and removing garbage. Assist in receiving and stocking supplies while safely handling cleaning products. Perform general maintenance duties and other tasks as assigned. This role requires full availability, 100% standing time, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
