Dishwasher

Dishwasher responsible for optimum cleanliness of dishware, pots, and pans, and extends to upkeep of food prep areas and restrooms. Works closely with the Chef team to maintain a safe, sanitary kitchen environment; supports kitchen operations by unloading deliveries, breaking down boxes, and maintaining cleanliness of dumpsters and outside areas. Must be able to stand for full shifts, lift at least 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced restaurant setting with variable schedules including weekends. Emphasis on teamwork, sanitation standards, safe chemical handling, and professional demeanor under pressure. Location-based role in Schaumburg, IL with on-site requirements.
