Job Summary
Maintain the dish tank area and ensure cleaned dishes are available for service while following food safety guidelines for washing, drying, and storing dishware. Remove cardboard and grease, maintain property cleanliness around the restaurant including the parking lot, foyer, and sidewalk, and empty trash from designated areas throughout the shift. Collaborate with staff to ensure dining room cleanliness meets guest satisfaction standards and assist in other job categories as needed. Stand for the entire shift, walk for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds while adhering to CDC, local, and state sanitation procedures.
