Job Summary
Maintain the dish tank area and ensure cleaned dishes are available for service by following food safety guidelines for washing, drying, and storing dishware. Remove cardboard and grease while maintaining cleanliness of the parking lot, foyer, front porch, sidewalk, and designated trash areas throughout the shift. Collaborate with staff to ensure 100% guest satisfaction regarding dining room cleanliness and assist in other job categories as assigned. This role requires standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and adhering to CDC and local sanitation guidelines.
